Definitions and Interpretations

The following words and terms used in these Terms carry the meanings stated below:

• "Platform" or "Site" — The tb99 website and all services and features provided through it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered on tb99 or is using the platform.

• "Balance" — The total amount held in a member's account, including both real money and bonuses.

tb99 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary account suspension and withheld withdrawals. No withdrawal will be processed until identity verification is successfully completed.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or unusual activity on your account, notify the tb99 support team immediately. You will be held responsible for all transactions made from your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Payment Methods

tb99 currently supports transactions through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All deposits and withdrawals must be made through these specified methods.

Deposit Limits and Guidelines

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (applicable for each method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

tb99 offers a welcome bonus for new members. A 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000, is available.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance will be ৳32,000.

Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered in total before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
• Wagering counts only for bets placed using the bonus balance.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies once per person, household, address, or mobile number.
• tb99 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash — they can only be used for betting.
• If any misuse or manipulation to gain bonus benefits is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Cashback benefits under the VIP programme are provided under separate terms and conditions.

Betting and Gaming Rules

General Gaming Policy

Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms and conditions, all bonuses and winnings earned from bonuses may be forfeited. However, legitimately deposited real funds (excluding bonuses) may be returned after review, provided there are no legal obstacles. If a member voluntarily closes their account, they will have the opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance, provided all wagering requirements have been met.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tb99 is not responsible for the following:
